Service Usage Agreement

Terms and definitions of the Agreement.

1.1 Service - a site providing services on the Internet for the sale and purchase of electronic and fiat currencies.

1.2 User - is any individual who uses the service.

1.3 Payment is a transfer of electronic and/or other currency from the payer to the recipient.

1.4 Exchange rate is a value ratio of two electronic currencies when exchanging them.

1.6 Partner is a person involved in the referral of new users to the Service, according to the terms of the Service.

1.7 Order is the information provided by the User by electronic means of the Service indicating their intention to use the services of the Service under the terms proposed by the Service and stated in the order parameters.

2. Introduction.

This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) describes the rules and conditions under which the services of the Service are provided. By starting to use the Service, the User agrees that he/she has read and agrees to all the terms of the Agreement. The current version of the Agreement is located for public access on the website of the Service and can be changed unilaterally by the Administration of the Service without notice to the user.

3. Subject of the Agreement.

3.1 The subject of this Agreement is to provide the Service to the User to buy or sell electronic and fiat currencies and other services available on the Service.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties.

4.1 General provisions.

4.1.1 The Service is not liable for the consequences of incorrect operation of the service and for mistakes made by the user in the process of operation of the service.

4.1.2 In a situation when the exchange is completed and the funds are sent to the details specified by the customer, it is not possible to cancel the request and return the funds.

4.1.3 The Service is not liable for damages caused by malfunctioning equipment on the user's side.

4.1.4 The exchange service will not refund the money spent on the commission fee when transferring the funds to the details of the Service.

4.1.5 If the User has clicked on the button "Create a request", it means that he agrees to all the clauses of this agreement.

4.1.6 The Service does not provide any video, screenshots, pictures or other information related to the transaction.

4.1.7 The exchange is considered completed after the transfer of funds to the details provided by the user.

4.2 The Service undertakes:

4.2.1 Provide the Client with electronic money exchange services according to the rules and regulations of this Agreement.

4.2.2 Provide the Client with the necessary technical assistance and consultation.

4.2.3 Keep accurate statistics on discounts and referral accruals of Clients.

4.2.4 To keep secret and not to disclose to third parties information on exchange transactions, as well as personal data of Clients.

4.3 The User undertakes:

4.3.1 Specify correct and authentic data on the site.

4.3.2 Observe the terms of this Agreement.

4.3.3 When registering, specify his correct e-mail address.

4.3.4 In cases where the data in the application is not correct, contact the administration of the service by mail with the information requested by the administration. Correspondence should be carried out from the mail, which was specified in the application.

4.3.5 In case of absence of receipt of funds and/or their partial/incomplete receipt on the client's requisites, contact the administration of the Service within 30 days from the moment of application creation. Otherwise the funds will not be credited.

4.3.6 The User must ensure that they have reached the age of majority at the moment of any interaction with the Service, in accordance with the laws of their country of residence.

4.4 The User has the right:

4.4.1 Use the service if they do not violate the terms of this agreement.

4.4.2 Receive technical and informational support of the service in matters relating to the service.

4.5 The Service has the right:

4.5.1 Suspend the service for a technical break, notifying the users on the website.

4.5.2 Change/delete/add exchange directions, edit the method of payment for each direction.

4.5.3 Online to adjust the exchange rate on the site in all directions.

4.5.4 Service can process the request in which the destination tag is not specified or incorrectly specified. In this case the client is responsible for the absence of the tag and its correctness.

5. Provision of information:

5.1 The user confirms that he or she has provided valid data when registering. The specified data will be used for informing the client as well as for communication.

5.2 The default method of notification is to send notifications to the email address specified during registration.

5.3 The Service reserves the right to notify the User of important changes in the Service, at its sole discretion, by sending a notice to the email address specified during registration.

5.4 The User can contact the Service round the clock through chat, or write a letter to the e-mail address provided in the section Contacts.
